- Any outstanding fees must be settled according to the agreed payment schedule.

Course fees and payment plans may change for future admissions. Changes will not automatically alter the fees already agreed upon for a confirmed admission, except where permitted by the admission agreement and applicable law.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Under the published policy:
- Admission cancellation may be requested within 15 calendar days from the date of admission.
- Eligible cancellations within this period qualify for a refund of 60% of the course fees paid, subject to the published policy and applicable law.
- After 15 calendar days, cancellations are not permitted under the standard policy and course fees are non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights and applicable exceptions.

7. Course Duration and Schedule
Course duration, class timings, delivery format, syllabus, and learning activities depend on the selected program.
ACA – Lamka may make reasonable changes to schedules, trainers, learning materials, or delivery arrangements when necessary. We will communicate significant changes to enrolled students where appropriate.
Students are responsible for attending classes, completing assignments, participating in practical exercises, and following communicated deadlines.
8. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Maintain respectful and professional behavior.
- Attend classes regularly and participate in practical training.
- Complete assignments and projects honestly.
- Respect instructors, fellow students, and academy staff.

Students are responsible for meeting applicable course completion and assessment requirements.
11. Jobs, Internships, and Earnings
ACA – Lamka may provide career guidance, portfolio support, internship information, or job-related assistance where offered as part of a course.
Such assistance does not guarantee employment, a paid internship, freelance projects, client acquisition, business success, or any particular income.
Career outcomes depend on individual performance, experience, market conditions, and other factors beyond the academy’s control.
